Absence Reporting

Redwood City School District's student absence reporting system is called SafeArrival. This system makes it easy for parents to report your child's absence and easy for staff to respond to unexplained student absences. 

Please note: Your email and phone number must match information given at registration. If there are changes, please contact the school office to update.

Families can choose one of the following ways to report absences:

(1) Download the App from Google play or Apple App store. (School Messenger Reliance Communication Inc.)

(2) Call by phone. 1-888-403-5535 and follow instructions.

(3) Login to Website using your email at https://home.schoolmessenger.com/#/login
