Construction Update: This project was certified, and closeout is complete.

Project (2 of 2): Modernization and New Building

Construction Update: CMU block punchlist nearing completion. Drywall underway at all wings. Storefront window system installation completed at all wings. Metal lath underway at all wings.

One Month Look Ahead: Completion of CMU block punchlist. Completion of drywall at all wings. Interior paint to begin at all wings. T-Bar ceiling grid to begin at all wings. FRP installation to begin at all wings. Casework to begin at all wings. MEP finish above ceiling grid at all wings. Completion of metal lath at all wings. Plaster scratch, brown and color coats to be completed at all wings. Amphitheater walls and stairs to be completed. Elevator installation to begin.
