Project (1 of 2): Interim Housing

Construction Update: This project was certified, and closeout is complete.

Project (2 of 2): Modernization and New Building

Construction Update: Ongoing CMU block punchlist. Metal studs completed. Plumbing and electrical rough-in at Wing 2 completed. Mechanical, plumbing and electrical rough-in at Wing 1 and Admin Wing nearing completion. Roof installation completed at Wing 2, with Wing 1 and Admin Wing nearing completion. Insulation at Wing 2 and Wing 1 nearing completion. Storefront window system installation began at all wings. Stairs and rails completed.

One Month Look Ahead: Completion of CMU block punchlist. Completion of mechanical, plumbing and electrical rough-in at Wing 1 and Admin Wing. Completion of roof installation at Wing 1 and Admin Wing. Completion of Wing 2 and Wing 1 insulation, with Admin Wing to begin. Drywall to begin at all wings. Metal lath to begin at all wings. Completion of storefront window system installation at all wings. Plaster scratch coat to begin at all wings. Elevator installation to begin.
