Construction Update: This project was certified, and closeout is complete.

Project (2 of 2): Modernization and New Building

Construction Update: Completed steel framing of Wing 1 and the Admin Wing. Ongoing CMU block punchlist at all wings. Metal decks at Wing 1 and Admin Wing nearing completion. Ongoing Wing 2 second floor metal studs. First floor metal studs at Wing 1 and Admin Wing are underway. Ongoing fire sprinkler system installation at Wing 1 and Admin Wing. Ongoing plumbing and electrical rough-in at Wing 2. HVAC rough-in at Wing 2 underway. Completed Wing 2 roof insulation and sheathing and began roof installation. Punchlist for modernization of existing buildings has been issued.

One Month Look Ahead: Completion of CMU block punchlist at all wings. Completion of metal decks at Wing 1 and Admin Wing. Completion of Wing 2 second floor metal studs. Ongoing first floor metal studs at Wing 1 and Admin Wing. Completion of second floor concrete slabs at Wing 1 and Admin Wing. Ongoing fire sprinkler system installation at Wing 1 and Admin Wing. Completion of plumbing and electrical rough-in at Wing 2. Begin plumbing and electrical rough-in at Wing 1. Completion of HVAC rough-in at Wing 2. Begin HVAC rough-in at Wing 1. Completion of Wing 2 roof installation. Completion of punchlist for existing buildings modernization. Completion of balcony concrete at Wing 2.
