Meet Our Director

Carlos Reyna serves as the Director of Technology for RCSD, where he leads a dedicated team of Technicians, overseeing their efforts to provide exemplary and efficient customer service to staff, students, and families. His commitment to maintaining a seamlessly operating network reflects his dedication to fostering a technologically advanced environment within the district.

With close to two decades of experience in the technology field, Mr. Reyna has become a seasoned professional, well-versed in platforms such as Cisco, Meraki, Apple, Windows, Google, Clever, and Adobe, among others.

Mr. Reyna’s journey in technology began with education in Architectural Drawing and Design. Prior to venturing into the world of technology, he spent more than 15 years in his native Peru, contributing his creative skills as a Graphic Designer and Art Director in the advertising industry. His diverse background in design and technology sets him apart, offering a unique perspective to problem-solving and innovation.

Continuing his education, Mr. Reyna expanded his expertise by pursuing courses in networking and various computer technologies, obtaining certifications such as CCNA, SQL, and Meraki Networks. This commitment to staying current with industry trends ensures that he brings the latest advancements to RCSD.

Beyond the professional realm, Carlos is an avid athlete, traveler and nature enthusiast.  He finds joy in hiking and exploring the great outdoors. He also has a passion for music, enjoying the dual roles of player and audience. Balancing his active lifestyle, he engages in fitness activities such as running, weightlifting, biking, and even practices boxing in his garage. Family holds a special place in his heart, and he cherishes the time spent with loved ones, creating a well-rounded and fulfilled life.
