             4.2         Presentation: “The Role of the Citizen’s Bond Oversight Committee.” The district’s bond counsel attorney will provide an overview of the committee’s purpose and legal operating requirements.

            4.3         Discuss adoption of CBOC bylaws

            4.4        Review District’s sale of Series A Bonds

            4.5         Overview of District’s planning progress to date

            4.6        Update on bond expenditure to date

            5.1         Appoint Chair and Vice Chair for CBOC
