Salary Schedules

Redwood City School District (RCSD) believes that its highly-qualified staff is a driving force in continuing to provide a high-quality education to our community’s children. As part of a competitive compensation package to recruit, employ, and retain a highly qualified team, RCSD offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes competitive salaries.

The following RCSD salary schedules are provided as a general salary guide. Placement on a salary schedule is first determined by the specific employment classification followed by prior related and documented work experience and education. Salary schedules are adjusted every school year subject to the school district’s budget and Board approval.
