Redwood City School District (RCSD) works collaboratively with its employee associations to establish agreements regarding wages, hours, working conditions, and other terms of employment. Current collective bargaining agreements are available below.
Redwood City Teachers Association (RCTA)
The Redwood City Teachers Association (RCTA) represents RCSD's certificated bargaining unit employees. The collective bargaining agreement between RCSD and RCTA establishes negotiated terms and conditions of employment, including compensation, benefits, hours, leaves, working conditions, and other employment provisions.
