PE+ is a comprehensive, sequential physical education curriculum providing ~5,000 kindergarten to fifth grade students in eight Redwood City School District schools with PE classes twice a week. It uses a holistic approach to address the social, emotional and physical needs of students, including a nutrition component using Health Huddles.

The program is a collaboration between Peninsula Community Center, the Redwood City School District and the Sequoia Healthcare District.
