HEALTH AND WELLNESS CALENDAR

         
Day 1: I will eat at least one meal with my family Day 2: I will start my day with water and lime Day 3: I will do a minimum of 30 min of exercise today Day 4: I will eat breakfast before work or school Day 5: I will eat 2 pieces of fruit today
Day 6: I will sleep at least 7-8 hrs today Day 7: I will eat a bowl of raw vegetable/salad at any meal time  Day 8: I will not eat any fried food today Day 9: I will get adequate exposure of sunlight Day 10: I will dine 2 hrs prior to bedtime
Day 11:  I will only drink one cup of coffee/tea or can of soda today Day 12:  I will not eat any package food such as chips, biscuits, etc. Day 13: I will eat a fistful of mixed nuts or dried fruit in between meals Day 14: I will eat all meals at regular time Day 15: I will avoid caffeine or nicotine before bedtime
Day 16: I will consume 3 liters of water and fluids Day 17:  I will speak up if I feel depressed Day 18: I will not consume any white sugar today Day 19: I will eat half portion of my meals as vegetables  Day 20: I will avoid elevators and take the stairs instead
Day 21:  I will try one new vegetable today Day 22: I will eat one leafy green vegetable like spinach Day 23: I will stay away from electronic gadgets before bedtime Day 24:  I will eat more from nature and less from a packages Day 25: I will drink water/fresh juice and avoid packaged/aerated juices
Day 26:  I will manage my anger with high intense exercise Day 27: I will not eat any dessert after dinner Day 28: I will stop eating once I feel full Day 29: I will go on a walk with a friend/family member today Day 30: I will read nutrition facts label, before buying package food
