Board of Trustees
The elected Board of Trustees for Redwood City School District (RCSD) serves as the governing body, making key policy decisions and overseeing budgetary matters. Their primary employee is the Superintendent, the district's chief executive officer. The Superintendent implements board policies, manages day-to-day operations, and collaborates with stakeholders to achieve educational goals. Superintendent
The Superintendent is the chief executive officer responsible for implementing and executing the policies and directives set by the elected Board of Trustees. Serving as the bridge between the School Board and the day-to-day operations of the district, the Superintendent oversees educational programs, manages resources, and ensures the efficient functioning of all 12 RCSD schools.

District Operations
The District Office supports the work of each RCSD school ensuring the effective education of students. Serving as the operations of the school district, the District Office provides essential services such as curriculum development, teacher training, and resource allocation. They manage budgets, distribute funds, and oversee the distribution of educational materials.
