President Wells called the Board Retreat to order at 12:06 p.m.

Present at the Board Retreat meeting: President Mike Wells, Vice President David Weekly; Trustees David Li and Jennifer Ng Kwing King; and Superintendent Baker

Others present during the Board Retreat meeting: CBO Rick Edson, Assistant Superintendent Anna Herrera, and Deputy Superintendent Wendy Kelly.

President Wells welcomed those present.

4.      Approval of the Agenda

The School Board approved the agenda as submitted (Weekly, Li; 4-0).

Trustee Márquez officially joined the board meeting.

The School Board recessed the meeting at 2:00 p.m. for 5 minutes and reconvened for the Closed Session at 2:05 p.m.
