President Díaz-Slocum called the closed session meeting to order at 12:31 p.m.

Present at the Closed Session Meeting: President María Díaz-Slocum, Vice-President Cecilia I. Márquez; Trustees Janet Lawson, Mike Wells, and Alisa MacAvoy; and Superintendent John Baker. 

 

Others Present: Rick Edson, Liz Wolfe, Wendy Kelly, Bronia Whipp, and Kendall Klein.
