President Díaz-Slocum called the special board meeting to order at 6:33 p.m.

Present at the Closed Session Meeting: President María Díaz-Slocum, Vice-President Cecilia I. Márquez, Trustee Janet Lawson, Trustee Mike Wells, and Trustee Alisa MacAvoy.

The School Board approved the agenda as submitted, (Lawson, MacAvoy; 5-0).

The board adjourned the meeting at 7:36 p.m. (Wells, Márquez; 5-0).
