President Márquez called the Special Board meeting to order at 9:35 a.m.

Present at the Special Board meeting: President Cecilia I. Márquez, Vice-President Janet Lawson, Trustee Mike Wells, and Superintendent Baker. 

 

Absent during the Special Board meeting: Trustees Alisa MacAvoy and David Weekly

President Márquez welcomed those present.

None.

The School Board approved the agenda as submitted, (Wells, Lawson; 3-0).

The School Board adopted Resolution 23, authorizing electronic meetings of the Board of Trustees during a state of emergency pursuant to Government Code Section 54953(e) (Lawson, Wells; 3-0).
