Vice-President Márquez called the Closed Session to order at 9:00 a.m. via Zoom Teleconference and In-Person. 

 

Present at the Closed Session: President Díaz-Slocum, Vice-President Cecilia I. Márquez; Trustees Janet Lawson, Mike Wells, Alisa MacAvoy; and Superintendent Baker.

No changes were made to the agenda. 

 

4.         Approval of Agenda

 

The board approved the agenda as submitted, (Lawson, Wells; 5-0).

None.

 

6.         Action Items

 

6.1     Closed Session (9:00am-12:00pm)

 

At 9:02am, the School Board and Superintendent Baker went into Closed Session.

 

At 11:55am, the School Board and Superintendent Baker concluded their Closed Session.  

 

7.         Adjournment (Action Required)

 

The board adjourned the Closed Session at 11:56 a.m. (Wells, MacAvoy; 5-0).
