CLOSED SESSION VIA TELECONFERENCE

President Alisa MacAvoy called the Closed Session to order at 8:00 a.m. via Zoom Teleconference Meeting.

 

Present during the Closed Session: President Alisa MacAvoy, Vice-President María Díaz-Slocum, Trustees Cecilia I. Márquez, Janet Lawson, Mike Wells, and Superintendent John R. Baker.

President MacAvoy welcomed those present.  The School Board dispensed with the Pledge of Allegiance.

The School Board approved the agenda as submitted, (Wells, Díaz-Slocum; 5-0).

6.         Closed Session

 

6.1    Closed Session for Public Employee Performance Evaluation (Superintendent’s Evaluation)

 

The School Board went into Closed Session for Public Employee Performance Evaluation (Superintendent’s Evaluation) at 8:02pm. 

 

7.         Adjournment (Action Required)

 

The board adjourned the Closed Session at 9:05 a.m. (Márquez, Lawson; 5-0).
