APPROVED MINUTES OF BOARD OF EDUCATION MEETING

October 22, 2018

  1. Call to Order

President María Díaz-Slocum called the Closed Session meeting to order at 8:15 a.m. at the Redwood City School District (“RCSD”), 750 Bradford Street, Redwood City.

Present at the meeting: President María Díaz-Slocum, Vice-President Dennis McBride, Janet Lawson, Alisa MacAvoy, Hilary Paulson, and Superintendent Baker.

  1. Welcome

President Díaz-Slocum welcomed those present. There being so diminutive an audience, the board dispensed with the recital of the pledge.

  1. Changes to the Agenda

No changes were made to the agenda.

  1. Approval of Agenda

The board approved the agenda as submitted, (MacAvoy/McBride; 5-0).

  1. Oral Communication

None.

 

  1. Closed Session

6.1 Public Employee Performance Evaluation (Govt. Code § 54957) Title: Superintendent

  1. Adjournment (Action Required)

The board came out of Closed Session at 9:30 a.m.

The board adjourned the meeting at 9:31 a.m. (Paulson, MacAvoy; 5-0).
