  1. Call to Order

President Díaz-Slocum called the meeting to order at 8:32 a.m. at the District Office, Redwood City School District (“RCSD”), 750 Bradford Street, Redwood City.

Present at the Board Meeting: President María Díaz-Slocum, Vice-President Dennis McBride, Janet Lawson, Alisa MacAvoy, Cecilia Márquez and Superintendent John Baker.

Others Present: Will Robertson, Lauren Charneski, and Matt Miller.

President Díaz-Slocum welcomed those present. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

No changes were made to the agenda.

  1. Approval of Agenda

The board approved the agenda as submitted, (Lawson, Díaz-Slocum; 5-0)

6.1 Recommendation re: Approval of Template Greenlots/Electrify America Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Site Host Agreement

The School Board approved the template Greenlots/Electrify America Electric Vehicle (EV) charging site host agreement (Lawson, Paulson; 5-0).
