The Redwood City School District (RCSD) Board of Trustees has selected Leadership Associates as the Executive Search firm to conduct the recruitment and comprehensive search process for the selection of our next district superintendent.
The Board is soliciting community responses to the following questions:
1. What personal and professional qualities for an incoming superintendent will be a match for the District?
2. What are the strengths of the District, and what are the challenges you see for the District in the coming years?
The school district will host Open Forums, which is available to the general public. No appointment is necessary to participate. The Open Forums are an opportunity for you to hear about the search process. It is also an opportunity where your ideas will be heard regarding the questions mentioned above.
The Open Forum will be held online and in-person.
If you are not able to attend, you may still provide your feedback by participating in an anonymous online survey from October 13-24.
