In Redwood City School District (RCSD), the Board of Trustees is elected using a “by-trustee area” elections system. Voters elect their RCSD Trustees based on the specific area in which the voter lives. The voter's residence, not the school attended, is used to determine which RCSD Trustee represents the particular Trustee Area. 

RCSD residents can visit this interactive map to learn which Trustee Area represents them on the RCSD Board of Trustees. Users should use the "hamburger menu" on the top right hand corner to select the "Trustee Area" map.

TRUSTEE AREA I

Trustee Area I includes school sites Clifford School and Roy Cloud School as well as portions of the attendance zones for Clifford School, Roosevelt School, and Roy Cloud School.

TRUSTEE AREA II

Trustee Area II includes school sites McKinley Institute of Technology (MIT), North Star Academy, Orion Alternative School, and Roosevelt School as well as portions of the attendance zones for Clifford School, Henry Ford School, Roosevelt School, and Roy Cloud School. 

TRUSTEE AREA III

Trustee Area III includes school sites Adelante Selby Spanish Immersion School, Henry Ford School, and Kennedy Middle School as well as portions of the attendance zones for Henry Ford School, Garfield School, Roosevelt School, and Hoover School. 

TRUSTEE AREA IV

Trustee Area IV includes portions of the attendance zones for Clifford School, Hoover School, and Taft School.

TRUSTEE AREA V

Trustee Area V includes school sites Garfield School, Hoover School, and Taft School as well as portions of the attendance zones for Garfield School, Hoover School, and Taft School.
