Garden club / Club de jardin
At
Adelante all of our students participate in our science and garden
program. For approximately 10 weeks each class has scheduled garden
time, where the class experiences science, gardening, and hands-on
nature. Students learn exciting life science concepts while exploring
the natural environment around our school. They enjoy taking care of
the gardens, planting seeds, playing games, singing songs and watching
things grow! We have 6 raised vegetable garden beds and many other
native plant gardens and flower beds around the school.
