Join the Team that is Educating Every Child for Success

  • Redwood City School District (RCSD) is an innovative and award-winning PreK-8 district serving Redwood City and portions of the Atherton, Menlo Park, San Carlos, and Woodside communities on the San Francisco Bay Area’s Mid-Peninsula. We are known for our unique and popular programs, which have been honored by local, national, and international organizations. Our 8th grade graduates feed into our partner district, the Sequoia Union High School District (SUHSD).

From the classroom to the cafeteria, the school bus, and the front office, our employees are mission-driven professionals dedicated to supporting our community’s children and their families. As one team working collaboratively, we honor our students’ learning styles and we help them gain confidence to find their voice and their passion. Our employees contribute to our diverse, multilingual, and multicultural district.

We look for driven, innovative, and reflective individuals who want to be a part of our mission of Educating Every Child for Success. We invite you to join us on our quest of interrupting historic inequities within the educational system and challenge our students to their maximum potential. In return, we will offer you pathways to grow as a change agent to make a lasting difference in the lives of children.
