RCSD values using technology to engage the minds of all students across content areas in the process of creating and constructing meaning
They visited classrooms in the STEAM and Mandarin Immersion programs on the John Gill campus as well as Kennedy Middle School and learned about the district's focus on equity in access to education, the sophisticated technology integration across content areas, enrichment opportunities, expertise in English language learning, and the innovative creation opportunities to make learning visible.
RCSD’s classrooms represent the Bay Area’s global workforce as its students speak more than 35 different languages at home including Arabic, Mandarin, Polish, Russian, Samoan, Spanish, and Vietnamese.
Students experience differentiated, complex, enriching, and rigorous learning.
California law requires that the District form a District Advisory Committee, also referred to as a 7/11 Committee, to advise the Board of Trustees in the use of real property no longer needed for school purposes.
Thank you for your continued support by participating in parent groups, such as SSC, ELAC, and PTO. Preparing our students for their futures is a team effort! We are proud to be working together with families for student success!
